" Tho' I say it yer Worships there's not a Voter in St Albans so honest and independent as myself. Mr Ag - - You seem to be upon mighty good terms with yourself - good morng to you - good morg Sir. You may stand down. The Knight of the Bodkin - Blowd his own Trumpet." Pencil sketch. The witness, facing right, is shown opposite the Commissioners. No name like this is found in the Commissioners' Report; they may have decided not to minute his 'evidence'. The person who annotated the sketchbook also gives this name to the witness on p [9], the 'man not to be had', but they are clearly not the same.
