Watercolour landscape entitled " The Morfa from the East", showing the edge of woodland and mountains. NB. "Morfa" is Welsh for moor, fen or marsh. Sir Edgar Thomas Ainger Wigram bart. (1864-1935) was mayor of St Albans in 1926.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wigram_Baronets Definition from: http://www.cs.cf.ac.uk/fun/welsh/LexiconForms.html There is a Morfa Harlech - he also painted Harlech castle, so is this most likely? Also Morfa stadium, Swansea.
