Watercolour landscape of a street scene in "East Dereham" (now Dereham) in Norfolk looking down an unnamed street towards St Nicholas' Church, with the church tower on the left and its detached bell tower on the left. Sir Edgar Thomas Ainger Wigram bart. (1864-1935) was mayor of St Albans in 1926.
