Modern reproduction of a monochrome photographic print. Portrait of James Fisk, mayor of St Albans in 1878, 1883 and 1892. James Fisk owned Fisk & Son, a large dapery store on High Street, St Albans. Fisk & Son stood on High Street into the twentieth century, until it was replaced by Blundells department store, which was in turn replaced by Heritage Close.
