Modern reproduction of an original monochrome photographic print by M.A. Austin photographer, St Albans. Group portrait of St Albans Fire Brigade posed with fire engine in the yard of the old fire station in Victoria Street, St Albans. The cup on the fire engine on the left hand side is the Novices cup won at Luton in 1903. The firemen are identified on the reverse of this print as: Standing (left to right): Second Officer H Younger; Captain W.H.Thorpe; firemen Pugh; Conley; W.Arnold; H.V.Thorpe.
