Model dressed as a child living in Roman Britain, on display in the "At Home at Verulamium" secion of Verulamium Museum. Around his neck he wears bone pendant in the form of a dolphin. This type of pendant is known as a bulla and would have been worn as a good luck charm. He is holding a spindle whorl which was used to spin wool into thread.
