Etching by Ian Howgate entitled "The Ruined Barn", showing a barn in Gentle's Yard, St Albans. Print 7 of 30. Signed in pencil bottom right outside plate mark. No date, but preliminary pencil drawing for the etching is identified as "Barn in Gentle's Yard, St Albans, c.1927." (2006.6961). Gentle's Yard later became the site for Christopher Place shopping precinct.
