Oil painting depicting Frank Salisbury's wife and daughters in the front room of Red Gables in Leighton Road, Harpenden, the house that the artist had built of old/ recycled materials. The stained glass in the picture on the stairway was also by F. Salisbury. The interior features seen here remain the same to the present day, the building belonging to Rothamsted Research. This painting was previously referred to as "Mother and Daughter at Home".
