Watercolour landscape of a view looking up The Street in the village of Kersey in Suffolk with houses and other buildings on both sides, some half-timbered and jettied, including The Bell Inn with hanging sign on the left. Woodland can be seen in the distance. Sir Edgar Thomas Ainger Wigram bart. (1864-1935) was mayor of St Albans in 1926.
