Watercolour landscape showing Strath Oykill (Strath Oykel) in the Highlands of Scotland, a mountain scene with River Oykel in middle ground and heather in the foreground. A strath is the gaellic word for a valley, typically a river valley that is wide and shallow. Sir Edgar Thomas Ainger Wigram bart. (1864-1935) was mayor of St Albans in 1926.
