Tudor Blackware tyg. This has a shinier, more lustrous glaze, which usually covers the whole pot. The wall of the pot is usually thicker as well, and often a brighter, more brick-red colour. A Tyg is a type of large English mug with three or more handles dividing the rim into sections for several drinkers.
