Trinity United Reformed Church, Beaconsfield Road. This is one of a number of nonconformist churches that were built in St Albans during the Victorian period: Dagnall Street Baptist Church, the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Victoria Street, and the Wesleyan Methodist Church in Dagnall Street were also built around this time. Samuel Ryder, who was on the town council, endowed Trinity Church.
