Roman bowl in orange fabric with deep flange. This vessel with a large overhanging rim is an unusual- only one similar vessel has been found at Verulamium. It may be a locally made type, but its function is unclear. From burial two, one of two early 2nd century AD Romano-British burials discovered at Turner's Hall Farm, Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire, in March 2002.
