Watercolour painting of "The Galiego Gorge." in Spain. Sir Edgar Thomas Ainger Wigram bart. (1864-1935) was mayor of St Albans in 1926. He wrote a book entitled 'Northern Spain' (published 1906), which featured colour reproductions of many of his watercolour paintings of Spain.
