Watercolour painting of "Toledo. Strada del Commercio" in Spain. In Spanish this should actually be 'Calle del Commercio'. 'Strada' is the Italian word for street or road. Sir Edgar Thomas Ainger Wigram bart. (1864-1935) was mayor of St Albans in 1926. He wrote a book entitled 'Northern Spain' (published 1906), which featured colour reproductions of many of his watercolour paintings of Spain.
