Description

Watercolour landscape of the Cader Idris mountains in Gwynedd, North Wales with a brook running to foreground. The Cader Idris mountain range is in south Snowdonia. Wigram painted several watercolours of this part of Wales. Wigram painted several watercolours of this part of Wales, perhaps on the same trip. Sir Edgar Thomas Ainger Wigram bart. (1864-1935) was mayor of St Albans in 1926.
