Description

Watercolour landscape of Mawddach Estuary at Barmouth in Gwynedd, North Wales at low tide with the Cader Idris mountains in the background. Wigram painted several watercolours of this part of Wales, perhaps on the same trip. Sir Edgar Thomas Ainger Wigram bart. (1864-1935) was mayor of St Albans in 1926.
