Watercolour landscape of "Langston Harbour." (Langstone), Havant, Hampshire, with buildings including The Royal Oak pub on Langstone High Street on the waterfornt on the left. Further along on the left is Langstone Mill, with a single small rowing boat in the harbour on the right. Sir Edgar Thomas Ainger Wigram bart. (1864-1935) was mayor of St Albans in 1926.
