Monochrome postcard showing a horse-drawn butchers cart from E.H. Steer's family butchers. In the 1920s Steer's butchers shop was at 23 Chequer Street, but here we see their delivery cart in Hall Place Gardens, looking towards Townsend Avenue and St Albans High School for Girls. No postmark.
