Published by W.A.Mansell & Co., London. Victoria Hine lived for part of her life in St Albans. She was the daughter of Samuel David Colkett an artist of the Norwich school of painting, and married the watercolourist Harry Hine around 1875. She painted and etched landscapes and exhibited at the Royal Academy and other London galleries from 1859 until the 1890's.
