Watercolour painting of St Albans Clock Tower looking across High Street towards Market Place. The shop at the foot of the Clock Tower bears the signs 'Wilkins Boot and Shoe Warehouse' and 'Post Office'. Signed bottom centre 'Cha[rle?]s White, del. 1802.'
