Monochrome postcard showing the Peahen junction and view looking down Holywell Hill, St Albans. Thomas Oakley's general store stands on the opposite corner to the Peahen. This building is now part of The Vintry pub. Thomas Oakley was also mayor of St Albans in 1897. Postmarked St Albans, May 7th 1912.
