Pencil sketch by Ian Howgate showing a view looking through the carriageway running from Christopher Yard (now Christopher Place shopping precinct) through to French Row. No date but appears to be from a series of preparatory sketches made in 1927. Note distinctive carved figure head on the right hand side of the entrance.
