Etching by Benjamin Green of the East End of St Albans Abbey, no date. This is the view looking down School Lane (later known as The Abbey Cloisters, the passageway leading from Waxhouse Gate to the Lady Chapel of St Albans Abbey) and the east end of St Albans Abbey. The Abbey is seen here prior to Lord Grimthorpe's restoration work of 1880 - 1885.
